On August 19, 2026, a U.S. customer traveled to our Hisena factory with profile samples. With extensive customization requirements, the customer made the trip to conduct on-site verification of our equipment capabilities and custom solutions.

During the visit, our engineers performed live demonstrations of a range of equipment, including double-head saws, single-head saws and drilling-milling machines. Processing the customer’s samples on site, we showcased our machining accuracy, operational efficiency and high-quality finishing. Our technical team also provided clear targeted solutions for all customization needs, confirming each specification in detail.

The customer was highly impressed by both the equipment performance and our technical strength. After returning to the U.S., they shared positive feedback and formally placed an order on September 1, 2026, marking a smooth start to our cooperation.
